As the Student Affairs Department (ÖİDB), we are trying to provide you with fast and easy service within the framework of our developing technological capabilities.

The Registrar's Office provides services regarding course registration, academic calendar, orientation, student transcript, regulations, major-double major programs.

The Student Affairs Department serves on the Faculty of Engineering campus.

You can apply to our department for your personal information and documents (Transcript, student certificate, military service certificate, etc.). You can access the OBS guides (Course registration procedures guide, etc.) prepared for you in the OBS automation system where you log in with your student number and password.

In order for your education to continue smoothly throughout your education life, to have a successful university life, and to benefit from the facilities of our University, it is important that you are informed about the Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations and other regulations and directives and follow the updates.
